WE ARE ON TO PHASE II:

Our main goal right now is to raise funds for a heavy-duty work truck. This truck is an essential tool in enabling the Liberian people to become self-sufficient. Without a truck they are unable to bring crops to market (which will generate an income), without a truck they are unable to bring the supplies for building the school, and without a truck they are unable to haul the amount of people that are needed to work in the swamp rice.

The total for this truck, including shipping it to Liberia, licenses, registration and port charges, is roughly 30,000 dollars. Which seems like a lot, but if you break it down to 300 people giving 100 dollars, or monthly donations of 20 dollars a month from 300 people for six months; it is a goal we can attain if we all work together. Every donation counts, they all add up in reaching our goal of empowering the Liberian people to be self-sustaining.
